Basics of PS IMAGO PRO
NCU employees and doctoral students have the opportunity to participate in a free online course on the basics of the PS IMAGO PRO program (in Polish). Predictive Solutions offer the course as part of the Ariadna program, and all information is available at https://ariadna.predictivesolutions.pl/e-learning. Due to a large number of people interested in the course, applications are required. Each month new groups are launched.
Statistical inference
We invite NCU academic teachers and doctoral students to participate in a free online course on statistical inference in the PS IMAGO PRO program (in Polish). The materials for this course were prepared as part of the BELL - Best E-Learning Lecturer competition by dr Joanna Karłowska-Pik, dr. hab. Agnieszka Goroncy and dr. Adrian Falkowski from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. Classes are held using the university's Moodle platform in asynchronous mode and correspond to 15 hours of classes, which must be completed within two months.

Data mining for the non-advanced
We invite NCU academic teachers and doctoral students to participate in a free online course Data mining for non-advanced. Classes are conducted using the PS IMAGO PRO program. The materials for this course were prepared as part of the BELL - Best E-Learning Lecturer competition by dr. Mateusz Topolewski, dr. hab. Agnieszka Goroncy and dr. Joanna Karłowska-Pik from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. Classes are held using the university's Moodle platform in asynchronous mode and correspond to 30 hours of classes, which must be completed within four months.

Basics of data analysis in Python
We invite NCU academic teachers and doctoral students to participate in a free course Basics of data analysis in Python. The classes are held in a stationary form in the building of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science and last 16 didactic hours, spread over 4 days. Participants have the option of working on computers available in the laboratory or on their own equipment, after installing the required free software. Classes are held with the support of the university's Moodle platform, where participants have access to the materials used during the course.
Courses are held periodically. Exact dates are announced using university newsletters and our website. We encourage you to follow them, the limit of places during each edition is limited.
Course agenda:
Day 1. Introduction to programming with Python ;
Day 2. Creating and working on data using pandas library;
Day 3. Creating visualisations using matplotlib and seaborn libraries; introduction to statistical inference;
Day 4. Statistical analysis using scipy and pengouin libraries; selected statistical tests, correlations and independence of variables.
